THE CLIMATE CAUGHT UP WITH TRAVEL,INTER MILAN VS BARCALONA

BARCALONA surrendered the tie to Inter Milan when the side travelled in a Bus to the capital of Italy.Due to unfortunate events, the volcano at Ireland the ash cloud made travelling dangerous. So the catalan side were forced to travel in a bus to stadium of Milan. In a series of unfortunate events they did have enough time to prepare for the match , but with the talent on the bench for the catalan side it was not to be a excuse.
Barcalona ended up losing the match 3-1 to Inter. In the first 20 minutes the side looked like a another game in their bag but it was not to be.Inter Milan changed the view for them with a Wesley Snider goal after 20 minutes .Then it was all easy for Inter as they doubled their tally by another goal scored by Maicon the Brazillian right back.2-1 up inter milan had the match in the bag after 60 minutes past.Pandev was very much influential in the moves created forward for Inter But he was taken of after 62 minutes. On came Dejan Stankovic who really did not have much of an influence. The third goal came from an unsuspecting source of Diego Milito's head.A cross again by Maicon left Snider heading the ball and Milito finishing off the poor heading by Snider.Carlos Puyol received a yellow card and will miss the second leg at the Nou Camp. This is a big advantage for inter but they must contain the most influential player at his home ground next week,Lionel Messi.

NICKNAME:LA ALBICELESTE(WHITE AND SKY BLUE)
TEAM NEWS:
Who would have said Argentina would have qualified for this years World cup some months back. The qualifying campaign under Maradona(coach) went on well at the start but faded away months before the fag end of the campaign.Suffering big small and crucifying defeats against small sides in their group, the team struggled to cope with their down form. With the class of stars they have they should have qualified with ease, but it was difficult qualifying campaign.Lionel Messi, the star the whole team counts on like the Rooney of Manchester these days. But like only Rooney of Manchester ,Argentina have a gala of stars who have come good in their respective leagues. The critics rubbed of Argentina from their qualifying sheets for the world cup, but the team really proved them wrong.Diego Maradona feels his team have only lately learned this way of playing. The God of Argentinian football says his team will come good this wold cup but fears the injury list that may or may not grow with his big stars during their repective domestic season.Maradona has been employing his own style of football which suits some of the national team squad but many don favour his tactics. One man known much to this talk is Juan Sebastian veron. He is a player with dynamic thinking and loves his old coach Sir Alex Ferguson's training and tactics.Argentina have won the world cup twice once in 1978 and 1986.Last World Cup in 06 the were quaterfialists, who were defeated by the home side on penalties 4-2,otherwise they have failed to go through the last 16.In Japan 02 Argentina did fail to make it to the last 16.That was a miserable year for them but they made up for that with the quarter final appearance in 06.Argentina are the most success full team in the World Cup's history with more than three appearance's in the final.Presently they are Eighth in the ranking's table for the calendar year 2010
STARS OF THE TEAM:
FORWARD:
Lionel Messi,Gonzalo Higuain,Carloz Tevez,Sergio Aguerro,Diego Milito.
DEFENDER:
Walter Samuel,Matin Demichiles,Gabriel Heinze.

BLOGERS COMMENT:
Argentina are not the favourites to win the world cup in South Africa this year but they are a team to look out for because of the class they have in them.Lionel Messi will attract large crowds to see his skill, ball control, style and the most expensive legs he has with.Lionel Messi is truly form another world a totally new person.

THE BIG OLD MANCHESTER DERBY

Rooney looks forward to making his comeback from a strained ankle injury and looks forward to beat Manchester city for the third time this season. But Roberto Mancini says Rooney's late form has been great but will struggle from the recent injury.Manchester United are coming of a sloppy form of late and are looking forward to rub off the late form with a facile win over it's hometown rival's.Roberto Mancini will be a sideline spectator as he has been banned by the Fa for improper conduct and fined 20,000 pounds. It might be a blessing in disguise for Manchester United as they look to cut the gap between them and Chelsea to just one point.
